This is a repeat of what I wrote under the news section for this episode.

Just an outstanding episode!! we got great action and good storyline. We finally got our sister moments and their special connection. The spaceship scene reminded me of the closing series of scenes from the final episode of Season 1. The hands separated by the glass. You just didn't know how it was going to end!

I think they are doing a better job of balancing the ships with the story. It all fitted in throughout this episode. The Danvers sisters moments were priceless! Yes, I wish we had sister nights, but their connection in this episode was fabulous!

Good job to all!

Am I the only one who thought it was odd that Kara blogged as Kara Danvers? Wouldn't it make more sense to have the blog as Supergirl? Or maybe post a YouTube video of her in her super suit making a public service announcement. (or maybe Lena could take out an add in the tribune?)
CatCo can't fire Supergirl. She can always tell Snapper she told Supergirl CatCo wouldn't run the story, so Supergirl decided to publish it herself.
If you have two personas you might as well use both.

Uhhhh....GREAT POINT. She could have simply had Winn tape her as Supergirl. Would have had IMMEDIATE effect on the population.

I think it played out this was because I think Lena intentionally tried to get Kara fired.

Really? I didn't even think about that........nah.....you think so?

Lena is brilliant, and had know the consequences of getting caught. I'll go 1 further, Snapper is a member of checkmate with her and she tipped him off about danvers.com. Internet is pretty big and he found out in like 12 hours after she blobbed it.

Well in order for it to be useful at all, a lot of people would have had to see it, so the fact that he found it shouldn't be too surprising, (particularly if he monitors newsblogs) which is another reason why posting as Supergirl would be a better way to go. Supergirl, would attract more attention, and thus more clicks than Kara Danvers.

Not quite sure how Lena fits in. However, Kara does not have Superintelligence, so she just didn;t think of the alternative. Instead, she recycled the error of the woman who was fired and turned into a banshee. At some point they will doubtless meet again, or Kara will meet cellmate Livewire, and the snippy comment will be made.

I've only just watched this episode for the 1st time tonight after having been on holiday the past 2 weeks (during which I drove past a street named Kara Rd., pretty cool to see for a Supergirl fan).

There are 2 things I'd like to make special mention of from this episode

1) Supergirl saving the ship, it was already awesome (as any Supergirl act of super-heroism is for me) but then it went into the stratosphere of awesome when Blake Neely's Red Tornado Solar Flare music started playing and Melissa gave it her all combined with Kara and Alex looking at each other through the window. Powerful, amazing, incredible scene.

2) Ian Gomez, we don't to get to see too much of him but what we do see of him as Snapper Carr he is always brilliant, his interactions with Kara are an enjoyable watch.
